Shipping & Delivery

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We aim to deliver every order within 2 working days. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible. You can always view the current status of your order via the included Track and Trace!

What are the shipping costs for my order?

The shipping costs for the Netherlands & Belgium are €4.95 for orders under €100 and are free for orders over €100.

I want to have an order delivered outside the Netherlands & Belgium. Is that possible?

That is certainly possible, but there are currently no options for this in our system. Contact and we will arrange it for you!


Is it possible to return my order?

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not like the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

Do I have to send my awards to Praefero to purchase an attendance list?

You can place your awards in Praefero's presentation lists as you wish. So don't send your awards!
